Indianapolis - Redtail Renewables announced today the addition of renewable natural gas industry veteran Richard DiGia to its leadership team as senior advisor, strengthening the company’s strategic capabilities as it continues to grow.
DiGia has nearly 40 years of experience in the renewable natural gas (RNG) sector, including serving as CEO of two renewable natural gas companies. Throughout his career, DiGia has built deep relationships while leading organizations through periods of growth and change.
As senior advisor, DiGia will work closely with Redtail Renewables’ leadership team, providing strategic guidance, industry insight, and perspective as the company advances its renewable energy initiatives and evaluates opportunities for future growth.

Prior to joining Redtail Renewables, DiGia worked as CEO of EDL North America and Aria Energy and held leadership roles at DTE Energy and Soave Enterprises. DiGia earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from St. Lawrence University.
